Better Being Co. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure safety and quality standards across shifts.

You will plan receiving schedules, supervise inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements. Forklift operation may be required; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs personnel in warehouse in performing operations according to sound operating principles and company policies and procedures.
• Studies receiving schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Interprets specifications, and job orders to workers.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all inventory processes.
• Organizes work for smooth operations.
• Ensures that established policies, rules and regulations, and procedures are followed.
