Job summary

Save A Lot is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead hourly associates in receiving, storing, and shipping products while enforcing safety and sanitation standards. The role includes directing daily operations, conducting inventory counts, and delivering training and feedback to maintain productivity and high quality performance.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience supervising a production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team in a production/distribution setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly associates in receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
• Monitor safety and sanitation practices; enforce company policies.
• Conduct daily inventory counts and adjust as needed.
• Provide orientation and ongoing training for new associates.
• Communicate shift expectations and performance feedback to staff.
