Job summary

Cencora in the US distribution services is seeking a warehouse support role to help ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment. You will handle inbound, outbound, and internal activities, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory integrity. The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations and a High School Diploma or GED.

CSCP certification is preferred. Competitive pay starts at $21.00/hour with potential to $23.99/hour plus incentives, with Monday-Thursday and Friday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping or related fields.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and order fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packing materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and stock movements to preserve integrity.
• Monitor stock levels and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and risks.
• Investigate damaged shipments and process exceptions for timely resolution.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions for visibility.
