Job summary

Cencora is seeking a detail-oriented distribution associate to support our US distribution services. You will handle order fulfillment, packing, and outbound shipping, while ensuring accuracy through daily cycle counts and discrepancy research.

Ideal candidates are able to operate in a climate-controlled facility, follow shift hours, and commit to overtime as required. Strong attendance and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Punctual, motivated and dependable; attendance is important.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment including stocking, restocking, picking, packing and outbound shipping.
• Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean workspace to ensure product safety and prevent injuries.
