Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse operations specialist to support inbound/outbound activities, inventory control, and order fulfillment at our distribution site in the US. This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination with shipping, receiving, and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse support or distribution operations experience
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns

Responsibilities

• Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and timely fulfillment.
• Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitor stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Document shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain warehouse visibility.
