You will lead a team, manage inventory, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accuracy and timely dispatch of cargo in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States for US-based location.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and dispatching cargo.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff to foster safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper cargo documentation.
• Monitor equipment and infrastructure functionality; report issues promptly.
• Prepare reports for management and communicate updates across departments.
• Promote a positive, productive work environment and recognize team contributions.
