Job summary

Prime Controls, L.P. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to manage receiving, warehousing, and shipping. The role oversees material organization, inventory accuracy, and coordination with project and construction teams in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of warehouse management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing and shipping operations.
• Organize materials for easy accessibility and tracking; ensure accurate inventory records.
• Operate or coordinate forklift/pallet jack as needed and manage material deliveries.
• Maintain safety standards and cooperate with OSHA regulations.
• Support branches with inventory and transfers as required.
