Prime Controls is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee movement and storage of goods, manage inventory, and schedule product flow across the warehouse. The role involves coordinating offsite transfers, preparing orders for delivery, and ensuring proper documentation in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement and storage of goods in the warehouse.
• Manage warehouse inventory and database records.
• Schedule and coordinate product movement to offsite facilities.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Ensure stock is loaded with required documents.
• Maintain safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations.
• Interface with other departments to meet inbound/outbound deadlines.
