Job summary

MICA Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the warehouse and yard operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, staging, and issuing material for job sites.

The role requires leadership of warehouse staff, coordination with Purchasing and Project Managers, and ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery. Strong organizational and safety skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in warehouse, materials, or shipping/receiving with leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, or ERP/accounting systems.
• Experience coordinating deliveries and transfers to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, verifying, documenting, staging, and issuing material.
• Oversee material activity for accuracy and condition of shipments.
• Verify received material against POs and packing lists; report discrepancies.
• Coordinate staging and issuing of material to field crews and sites.
• Ensure PODs, tickets, and transfers are routed to Accounts Payable and systems.
• Maintain inventory and issue records; manage time approvals.
• Interview candidates and provide training and evaluation.
• Enforce safety requirements and proper PPE; promote safety culture.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
• Assist administration and field operations as needed.
