Job summary

You will manage associates in receiving, warehousing, and shipping, ensuring on-time delivery and cost objectives.

The role emphasizes performance, safety, and quality in line with company policies and site procedures. Forklift certification and MHE experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of the warehouse work team to achieve prescribed objectives.
• Assist associates and temporary labor in capturing production and payroll hours.
• Establish and maintain work schedules; ensure tasks are assigned and completed properly.
• Ensure associates handle products per prescribed quality procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards and participate in safety meetings.
• Perform or assist in clerical tasks; answer phones, scheduling, and record keeping.
• Support other duties as guided by site management; willingness to work evenings/weekends.
