Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Foreman to oversee material movement, from incoming receipts to outbound shipments and production support.

The role requires leadership in a production/warehouse setting, proficiency with ERP systems, and hands-on experience with forklifts and related equipment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in production planning and/or warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and/or electrically powered devices.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams within a production or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming material receipts and putaways.
• Oversee shipping and provide outgoing product support material to QA and traffic.
• Pull orders for production.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, turrets, pickers) as needed.
• Manage transfers between warehouses and associated computer transactions.
• Replenish stock in warehouse and production areas.
• Travel between local warehouses to complete functions.
• Develop solutions to improve work efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
