Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. in Frederick, MD seeks a Warehouse Foreman for mid-shift to oversee material movement, receipts, transfers, and issue of parts from the warehouse.

You will coordinate with production and logistics, supervise staff, and drive continuous improvement within ISO-aligned processes. The role requires leadership experience, ERP system proficiency, and a strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in production planning and/or warehouse environment.
• At least 3 years of experience using an ERP system to track material movement.
• Basic computer knowledge, including email and Microsoft Office.
• At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts and/or electrically powered devices.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams within a production or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist with incoming material receipts and put aways.
• Oversee shipping, assist in supplying QA with outgoing material and ship loose material.
• Oversee and assist in pulling orders for production.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, turrets, and pickers as needed.
• Manage transfers between warehouses and complete related computer transactions.
• Replenish stock in warehouse and production as needed.
• Travel between local warehouses to complete warehouse functions as needed.
• Provide solutions to improve work efficiency and maintain a clean, safe environment.
