Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a high-mix, low-volume environment. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while coordinating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and daily management to meet demand and capacity targets, plus leading continuous improvement initiatives and developing production talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive production or operations leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct all production operations to ensure safe, quality-focused, and efficient execution of manufacturing activities while achieving customer delivery commitments.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and execution activities to ensure demand requirements, throughput objectives and operational commitments are achieved.
• Establish and maintain the operational rhythm of the plant through daily management systems, production reviews and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance production methods, equipment performance, product quality, facility layouts, tooling effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Provide cross-functional leadership by partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain and Planning teams to drive operational alignment and business objectives.
