Job summary

Monster Energy in Mount Pocono, PA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy, while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will lead a team, set work schedules, assign tasks, train staff, review processes for efficiency, maintain records, and communicate with the shift supervisor and warehouse manager about progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of warehouse supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and stock control.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments; maintain inventory accuracy and records.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, train staff, and supervise subordinates.
• Review processes to improve production methods and safety; ensure compliance with policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance; communicate progress with shift supervisor and warehouse manager.
• Maintain records and complete required paperwork.
