Job summary

Manufacturing Inc in Manchester, CT is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the Logistics Leader by managing daily warehouse processes, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, high-performing manufacturing environment.

You will use ERP systems, generate reports, coordinate cross-department communications, operate a forklift, handle returns, and help drive continuous improvements in supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping, or inventory control.
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
• Proficient with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent English communication, reading/writing technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Warehouse and inventory control systems using ERP to track movement and order progress.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with leadership to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare daily Warehouse documentation, print/organize, and distribute order tickets for timely fulfillment.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze operational reports to support inventory control accuracy.
• Ensure timely system updates related to Logistics and Warehouse transactions.
• Serve as liaison between Warehouse Ops, Sales, Scheduling, CS, Purchasing to optimize the supply chain.
• Respond to inquiries on product availability, packaging, dimensions, weights, shipping, and inventory status.
• Coordinate cross-department communications to ensure shipping schedules and order fulfillment.
• Assist in resolving operational issues impacting delivery timelines and Logistics schedules.
• Support leadership in coordinating daily Warehouse priorities and workflow.
• Provide backup for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment duties.
• Operate forklift safely and manage inventory within the facility.
• Handle Returns and RMAs, ensuring prompt processing.
• Perform inventory adjustments, audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for supply chain efficiency.
