Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of administrative, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate receipt, transfer, and shipment of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
• Prepare shipping documents and reports.
• Support cycle counts and audits.
• Create and maintain warehouse reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate deliveries and transportation activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for inventory, shipping, and material availability.
• Assist with training documentation and process updates.
• Ensure records are accurate and compliant with policies.
• Support continuous improvement to increase warehouse efficiency.
