Job summary

nVent Enclosure Systems LLC is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Coordinator to support manufacturing operations. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure timely delivery to meet production timelines.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or warehouse operations, experience in manufacturing, ERP/Excel proficiency, and forklift certification. A safe, organized facility and lean practices are valued.

Qualifications

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED is required.
• 2+ years in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Solid Excel/Outlook skills.
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).
• Knowledge of national and international shipping regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments daily.
• Maintain accurate material receiving and dispatch records.
• Operate forklift per safety policy and perform lift inspections.
• Keep organized warehouse layout and safe handling practices.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory processes.
• Promote a safe, clean warehouse environment.
