Keurig Dr Pepper in Indianapolis, IN is offering a Summer 2027 Intern – Warehouse Operations Management. The program runs June 7 – August 13, 2027, full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in-person at our Indianapolis facility.

Interns will rotate through Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls, with a mentor and peer intern.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in their junior year, with expected graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am–5pm) in Indianapolis, IN.
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Geographic mobility is highly preferred for this internship at Keurig Dr Pepper.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across Inventory Analysis, Layout & Space Utilization, Order Picking Efficiency, Technology Integration, or Process Controls.
• Weeks 1–3 are hands-on training; weeks 4–10 are project work with a mentor and peer intern.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and professionals to gain exposure to supply chain and sales operations.
