URBN Bristol Fulfillment Center in Bristol, Pennsylvania seeks a Summer Internship in Operations. You will sit on the warehouse floor learning daily leadership across E‑commerce, Wholesale, and Retail replenishment fulfillment, while supporting cross‑functional teams to improve throughput.

The program emphasizes hands-on problem solving, priority setting, and motivating floor teams; successful interns may be considered for full‑time roles after graduation, contingent on performance and business

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a college degree with a professional interest in Supply Chain Management.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to support and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day work across departments to optimize throughput.
Identify floor bottlenecks and implement real-time solutions.
Ensure floor associates have the required tools, training, and safety compliance.
Inspect work and monitor production KPIs to drive improvement.
Assist Operations Managers with performance and attendance trend analysis.
Promote housekeeping and safety culture on the warehouse floor.
Cross-train employees to build flexibility across departments.
