Job summary

URBN offers a paid summer internship program at the KC3 Fulfillment Center in Kansas City, Missouri, aimed at developing emerging supply chain leaders through hands-on floor experience. Interns will work alongside site leadership across E-commerce, Wholesale, and Retail replenishment processes, learning daily operational leadership in a production-focused environment.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing a college degree with a professional interest in Supply Chain Management.
Operational Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work under minimal supervision, and adapt in a goal-driven environment.
Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support, motivate, and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

Workflow Coordination: Help coordinate day-to-day work activities across departments to optimize throughput, enhance workflow, and achieve operational objectives.
Issue Resolution: Actively identify floor bottlenecks, anticipate problems, and expedite real-time operational solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Tool & Safety Provision: Ensure floor associates have the required tools, proper training, and support to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
