Working on the warehouse floor, you will learn daily operations across E-commerce, Wholesale and Retail replenishment, supported by site leadership to sharpen problem solving and prioritization.

This paid internship runs 6/7–8/13 at URBN's Gap Distribution Center, with exposure to senior leadership, real projects, and the potential to interview for a full-time role after graduation,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree with interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to motivate and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across departments to optimize throughput.
• Identify floor bottlenecks and provide real-time operational solutions.
• Ensure floor associates have tools and training for safety and quality.
• Track production metrics and assist in KPI reporting.
• Support cost control through labor utilization and supply costs.
• Assist Operations Managers with performance and attendance data trends.
• Promote safety, housekeeping, and cross-training on the warehouse floor.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and cross-functional collaboration.
