URBN is seeking a Sourcing Operations Intern for the summer at our Philadelphia home office. The role focuses on building executive reporting tools, dashboards, and analyzing sourcing and vendor data to inform decisions.

As part of URBN's Summer Internship Program, you will engage with senior leadership, participate in intern-focused events, and have opportunities to interview for a full-time role. The program runs 6/7–8/13 in Philadelphia, with application close on 10/30/2026 at 5:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant analytical/technical field.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills preferred.
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of executive-level reporting tools and dashboards.
• Analyze sourcing, vendor, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with vendor communications and translate data needs into clear messaging.
• Gather reporting requirements with cross-functional teams to improve tools and processes.
• Maintain and validate data used in dashboards and recurring reports.
• Support automation of recurring reports and workflows.
• Contribute to projects involving data visualization and AI/data capabilities.
