Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Milpitas, CA to support receiving, picking, inventory control, and cycle counting. You will work closely with multiple departments, using NetSuite and RF devices to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes safety, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The position requires warehouse experience, Excel proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment or similar setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Outlook.
• Experience using NetSuite and RF handheld devices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to solve warehouse challenges.
• Develop understanding of internal inventory processes and orders.
• Coordinate with upstream departments to support warehouse workflows.
• Identify issues impacting order processing and communicate impact to teams.
• Learn NetSuite processes needed for duties.
• Unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jack or forklift.
• Inspect shipments and report damaged or missing goods.
• Organize incoming shipments for efficient receipt.
• Receive shipments for POs or stock inventory.
• Pick orders and stage for fulfillment.
• Inventory and put away received parts.
• Maintain accurate records and a clean warehouse.
