Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support receiving, inventory control, order picking, and cycle counting. You will work across departments to ensure accurate warehouse processes and timely fulfillment.

The role requires forklift and RF device experience, proficiency with Excel, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment at Trace3 facilities in California. The position offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse environment or similar environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Good data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data in various forms to solve Warehouse related challenges.
• Develop a strong understanding of internal processes related to inventory and warehouse orders.
• Guide upstream departments to support Warehouse processes.
• Identify issues impacting Warehouse Order processing and communicate impacts to sales, product management, and shipping.
• Develop understanding of NetSuite systems as needed to perform duties.
• Unload merchandise from trucks using pallet jack or forklift.
• Inspect shipments and report damaged goods or missing products.
• Receive and organize incoming shipments for inventory.
• Pick orders according to tasks and stage for orders.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and maintain records.
