Job summary

GoodBuy Gear seeks an Operations Coordinator to support warehouse operations at our Commercial Point, Ohio facility. You will manage reporting, documentation, scheduling, and inventory data while coordinating with internal teams, customers, carriers, and partners.

• Experience with data in Excel/Sheets and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute shipment documentation and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound inventory movement.
• Process inventory and shipment data within company systems.
• Coordinate transportation appointments and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with external partners, carriers, and internal departments.
• Produce daily operational reports and inventory snapshots.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve documentation issues.
• Support inventory reconciliation and operational audits.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and reporting tools; learn warehouse tech.
• Assist leadership with process improvements and reporting automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and efficiency.
• Support warehouse operations and special projects as needed.
