Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Ohio seeks a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support warehouse, scheduling, and shipping functions, ensuring operational reporting and KPI tracking. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and working with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities, assist with inventory and scheduling, and drive cross‑functional communication for plant objectives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or supply chain coursework preferred.
3+ years in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse operations, scheduling, or supply chain operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office apps.

Responsibilities

Support daily warehouse and scheduling operations to meet customer/production needs.
Update and distribute daily dock, warehouse, and scheduling reports.
Maintain KPI and productivity reports.
Assist with inventory activities and cycle counts.
Coordinate with departments to communicate schedule changes and capacity constraints.
Provide backup support for scheduling, warehouse, and supply chain functions.
