Job summary

GoodBuy Gear seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage shipment documentation, inventory movement, and daily warehouse reporting from its Ohio on-site warehouse. You will coordinate carrier schedules, maintain critical records, and help optimize workflows alongside the operations team.

The role emphasizes data-driven tasks, collaboration across departments, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced setting. On-site work Monday–Friday with strong organizational and Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute shipment documentation and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound inventory movement.
• Process inventory and shipment data within company systems.
• Coordinate transportation appointments and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with external partners, carriers, and internal departments.
• Produce daily operational reports and inventory snapshots.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve documentation issues.
• Support inventory reconciliation and operational audits.
• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and reporting tools.
• Learn and effectively use GoodBuy Gear’s warehouse, inventory, and reporting technology.
• Assist leadership with process improvements and reporting automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support for warehouse operations and special projects as needed.
