The position emphasizes curiosity, organization, and comfort with spreadsheets and new systems, with no remote work. Starting salary is $50,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and using new software, operational systems, and technology.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, inventory management or a similar operational environment is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute shipment documentation and operational reports.
• Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound inventory movement.
• Process inventory and shipment data within company systems.
• Coordinate transportation appointments and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with external partners, carriers, and internal departments.
• Produce daily operational reports and inventory snapshots.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve documentation issues.
• Support inventory reconciliation and operational audits.
• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and reporting tools. Learn and effectively use GoodBuy Gear’s warehouse, inventory, and reporting technology.
• Assist leadership with process improvements and reporting automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows and operational efficiency.
• Support for warehouse operations and special projects as needed.
