ID Logistics is seeking a Business Analyst, Operations (Warehouse) in Ruskin, FL. The role focuses on data-driven analysis to drive strategic decisions, leveraging Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and reports for leadership.

The position offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 annually plus a performance-based bonus. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift, with travel based on business needs. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau.
• Portfolio of work encouraged upon application.
• Five years of related or relevant experience in financial or business analysis.
• Ability to communicate, understand, and read data visualizations and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead big data analysis and translate data into graphical displays.
• Develop and maintain analyses, dashboards, and reporting to guide business decisions.
• Manage reporting requests from inception to delivery for customers.
• Partner with senior site leadership to develop financial and performance reports.
• Identify data visibility needs and work with IT to enable reporting options.
• Prepare monthly billing and validate with customers.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, advising on issues and risks.
• Collaborate with customers on ad-hoc projects and findings.
• Budget planning and ownership of internal/external review activities.
• Act as liaison between Finance and Operations to close financial gaps.
• Assist Finance with weekly and monthly forecasting.
