Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Newnan, GA seeks a Business Data Analyst I to turn operational information into insights that improve performance and reduce costs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field or 4 years of equivalent professional experience (required)
• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related area (required)
• Hands-on experience using SQL or Python/R to query, clean, and transform data (required)
• Power BI proficiency, building dashboards/reports from scratch (required)
• Experience writing DAX expressions to automate/enhance Power BI reports (required)
• Statistical concepts and data modeling techniques (preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to turn data into insights (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines (required)
• Must be able to work fully onsite if role is based out of a warehouse (required)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports supporting operational and strategic decisions
• Handle end-to-end Power BI development, including data visualization and back-end data model design
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques
• Partner with site and sector leadership to identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities
• Support HR and Finance with customized analytical solutions as needs evolve
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights through reports/presentations
• Leverage data from multiple systems including Warehouse Management System and Timekeeping systems
• Manage analytics projects from concept to delivery
• Act as a Power BI resource and point of contact for questions and support

What you’ll do

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports that support both operational and strategic decisions
• Handle end-to-end Power BI development, including data visualization and back-end data model design
• Clean, model, and analyze data using SQL, DAX, and statistical techniques to uncover trends and drive improvements
• Partner with site and sector leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction
• Support functional teams such as HR and Finance with customized analytical solutions as business needs evolve
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights through presentations and internal or customer-facing reports
• Leverage data from multiple operational systems, including a Warehouse Management System and Timekeeping systems
• Manage analytics projects independently, from concept to delivery
• Act as a point of contact for Power BI questions and ongoing support

What you bring

Compensation and benefits
