Qualifications

• Problem-solving, project management and organization skills.
• MS Office proficiency and high computer literacy.

• Flexible with work schedule when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead big data analysis and sum data into visual displays.
• Develop and update analyses, dashboards, and reports for decisions.
• Manage new/updated reporting from request to delivery.
• Collaborate with senior site leadership on reporting templates.
• Identify auto-generated reporting options with IT/Systems.
• Prepare monthly billing and validate with customers.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to address challenges.
• Collaborate with customers on ad-hoc analyses.
• Design and own budgetary activities for reviews.
• Act as liaison between Finance and Operations to close gaps.
• Assist Finance with weekly/monthly forecasts.
