Responsibilities

• Lead big data analysis and translate into dashboards and visual displays.
• Create and maintain analyses, dashboards, and reports to support decisions.
• Manage reporting requests from inception to delivery for customer-facing outputs.
• Collaborate with senior site leadership to develop financial and performance reports.
• Identify data visibility needs with IT and internal systems teams.
• Prepare monthly billing and validate with the customer.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and address operational challenges.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and findings for customers.
• Own budgeting activities for internal and external review.
• Assist Finance with weekly and monthly forecasting.
