Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily warehouse operations, manage shipping/receiving documentation, and maintain inventory records. The role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS systems.

The CSR will interact with customers, transportation providers, and warehouse leadership to ensure accurate information flow and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including AS400, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and related documentation, including receipts, bills of lading, orders, and shipment confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, transportation providers, operations leadership, and team members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer and inventory information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Monitor damaged, held, or exception inventory and coordinate resolution with internal teams and customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and problem resolution.
• Research, resolve, and communicate inventory, order, inbound, and customer discrepancies.
• Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Support operational and administrative projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
