Job summary

ODW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Representative (1st shift) to support daily warehouse operations, manage shipping/receiving paperwork, update inventory in the WMS, and communicate with customers and carriers to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, data entry skills, and proficiency with MS Office and WMS (AS400 preferred). High school diploma and 1–2 years in logistics or customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service, administrative, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and related documentation, including receipts, bills of lading, orders, and shipment confirmations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, transportation providers, operations leadership, and team members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer and inventory information within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Monitor damaged, held, or exception inventory and coordinate resolution with internal teams and customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive communication and problem resolution.
• Research, resolve, and communicate inventory, order, inbound, and customer discrepancies.
• Prepare and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Support operational and administrative projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
