Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• Previous warehouse leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
• Foodservice distribution, logistics, or high-volume warehouse experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, replenishment, and staging.
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, accuracy, and operational performance.
• Schedule and confirm deliveries and pickups with vendors, customers, and transportation partners.
• Review inventory discrepancies and help resolve operational issues.
• Process and review warehouse paperwork and documentation.
• Prepare and distribute schedules, reports, labels, and routing information.
• Communicate priorities and updates across departments.
• Coordinate task assignments to ensure daily responsibilities are completed.
