Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse & delivery procedures required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external customers.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse: prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents; handle inbound/outbound materials and claims.
• Communicate with internal and external customers; respond to inquiries and phone calls.
• Collect, track, and input data on operations metrics (shorts, mispicks, service level, overtime).
• Inbound: schedule receiving appointments, prepare daily delivery appointments, complete inbound freight processes.
• Outbound: support night warehouse functions, investigate picking errors, coordinate with warehouse personnel, complete outbound paperwork.
