Ferraro Foods is seeking a Warehouse Clerk in Edgewood, NY to support receiving, shipping, and daily operations. You will process paperwork, coordinate deliveries with vendors and internal teams, and help prepare reports to keep orders moving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process receiving and shipping paperwork, including worksheets, bills of lading, receiving reports, and labels.
• Coordinate deliveries and pickups with vendors, carriers, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Transportation.
• Process incoming containers and railcars, including preparing paperwork and coordinating unloading.
• Review and report shortages, damages, missed pickups, and other delivery issues.
• Prepare customer pickup paperwork and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are ready.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and other operational documentation.
• Process and route invoices to the appropriate departments for approval.
• Perform data entry, file management, and system updates.
• Support Transportation with pickup schedules, backhauls, and other daily needs.
• Provide backup support for routing functions, including closing routes, special deliveries, door sheets, and daily reports.
• Help keep warehouse and transportation operations organized and running smoothly.
