PrideStaff - Seattle seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (Inventory & Shipping) for Tacoma & Kent, WA. Temporary/Contract with temp-to-hire opportunities. Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend; pay $17.00–$22.00/hour depending on shift and experience.

Join a fast-paced team moving orders through fulfillment, receiving, and inventory processes. Responsibilities include RF scanning, packing, loading outbound trucks, cycle counts, and on-site forklift training.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or distribution roles preferred.
• Entry-level candidates with strong work ethic welcome.
• Comfort using RF devices or basic inventory tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process order fulfillment and shipping with RF scanners and WMS.
• Unload inbound trailers, verify manifests, and manage inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE protocols.

Join as a temporary associate with a clear path to long-term placement for high performers.Your Core ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & ShippingPick products precisely using RF scanners, pick tickets, and a WMS.Pack, label, wrap, and flat-pack merchandise to protect it in transit.Assemble and stage packing lists; shrink-wrap pallets and load outbound trucks securely.Deliver value-added work: light assembly, re-pack, labeling, and ticketing per client needs.Receiving & InventoryUnload inbound trailers; verify manifests, sort shipments, and note any visible damage.Assist with daily stock checks, cycle counts, and replenishment to align shelf counts with system data.Move materials using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks; on-site training for electric pallet jacks/forklifts available.Safety & HousekeepingMaintain a clean, orderly work area—keep aisles free of shrink wrap, pallets, and cardboard.Perform quick pre-use equipment inspections and escalate issues immediately.Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (closed-toe footwear included).What You BringPrior warehouse/distribution/logistics experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong work ethic welcome.Comfort using RF devices or basic inventory tools is a plus.Consistent attendance and punctuality.Strong problem-solving, time management, and ability to react quickly to verbal direction and safety warnings.Physical & Work EnvironmentRegularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach throughout the shift.Expect seasonal temperature swings and elevated noise typical of warehouse operations.Benefits Through PrideStaffWeekly pay (Direct Deposit or Cash Card).Medical, Rx, and wellness benefits.Dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance options.401(k) retirement plan.Holiday pay (eligibility requirements apply).Career progression and potential conversion to permanent and lead roles.Preferred ProficienciesWarehouse ExperienceDistribution Experience
