Carson Team in SeaTac, WA is hiring Warehouse & Production Associates to support shipment loading/unloading, production, and material sorting. You will operate carts, transfer pumps, and forklifts while keeping a clean, safe workspace and assisting with timely delivery.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, warehouse or loading experience, and be able to work in a team; forklift certification is preferred. Proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook and a willingness to learn new software are valued.

Warehouse & Production Associates are responsible for assisting with shipment unloading, customer loading, product production, sorting of materials and maintaining a clean warehouse environment. They are responsible for using various types of equipment such as loading carts, transfer pumps and forklifts. They will also be responsible to ensure an accurate, safe and timely delivery of product based on the training conducted by the Branch Manager or his/her delegate. This position operates in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to noise, heat/ cold, and other elements while performing the duties of this position.
