Job summary

Opti Staffing Group in Woodland, WA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, on-site role. The position focuses on material handling, shipping/receiving, light assembly, and keeping materials organized across the facility.

Candidates should be able to move materials, operate a forklift, and process shipments with FedEx/UPS WorldShip. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, material handling, manufacturing or shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Ability to safely move raw materials and other items throughout the facility.
• Comfort working on your feet and performing physical warehouse duties.
• Reliable attendance and a good work ethic; follow directions and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize raw materials throughout the facility.
• Handle shipping and receiving duties.
• Prepare and process shipments through FedEx and UPS WorldShip.
• Load and unload materials as needed and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with light assembly and inventory accuracy.
• Use a forklift to move materials and keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and support other departments as needed.
