Job summary

PrideStaff - Seattle is seeking a Materials Handling & Logistics Specialist to support multiple sites in the Puget Sound area. You will receive, unload, verify shipments, and document variances, using RF devices or a pick-list to assemble orders.

This full-time role requires standing all shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining clean aisles. Forklift certification is a plus and attendance is essential; we offer a supportive work environment with benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred; we will train capable candidates.
• Able to stand/walk for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfort with RF scanners or WMS is a plus.
• Understands pallet jack operation; Forklift certification is a strong advantage and may lead to higher pay.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload inbound freight; validate shipments and record variances.
• Pick and pack customer orders using RF devices or pick-lists.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with replenishment to keep inventory accurate.
• Prepare outbound shipments: pallet wrapping, precise labeling, efficient loading.
• Maintain facility cleanliness by removing shrink wrap, pallets, and cardboard from aisles.

In this role, your attention to detail and commitment to safety ensure every item is received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped with precision.Compensation & ScheduleEmployment: Full-TimeShifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rdPay Range: $21–$23 per hour, DOEYour ImpactImagine a trailer arrives with mixed pallets—some cartons look scuffed. You’ll verify counts against the manifest, inspect for damage, and document issues. Minutes later, a rush order drops: you’ll use an RF scanner or printed pick-list to grab the right SKUs, pack them tightly, label accurately, and get them staged.
