PrideStaff - Seattle is seeking a Logistics Fulfillment Specialist in Tacoma and Kent, WA. This temporary/contract role with potential for temp-to-hire involves picking, packing, labeling, and loading shipments using RF scanners and a warehouse management system.

Shifts include Day, Evening, and Weekend with overtime as needed. Prior warehouse experience helps, and on-site training is provided. Benefits are available through PrideStaff after initial eligibility.

Logistics Fulfillment SpecialistLocations: Tacoma and Kent, WAJob Type: Temporary / Contract (with Temp-to-Hire potential)Shifts: Day, Evening, and Weekend (overtime may be required)Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and experienceA Day in the LifeYou clock in, grab your RF scanner, and review the morning pick tickets in the Warehouse Management System. First up: customer orders. You navigate the aisles, pick accurately, and pack with care—labels on, goods wrapped and flat-packed so they travel safely. Pallets are staged and wrapped tight before you help load outbound trailers, making sure every shipment is secure and accounted for.Mid-shift, a trailer backs in. You help unload, compare items against the manifest, sort product by destination, and note any visible damage. Inventory needs attention too: you assist with daily counts, cycle checks, and shelf replenishment so on-hand quantities match what’s in the system.
