Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate in Tigard, OR. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 7:30am to 3pm and requires forklift experience and strong attention to detail.

You will receive, organize, and stage materials, use handheld scanners, and help prepare orders for shipment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid holidays, PTO, disability, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or license is required.
• Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and follow safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, stack, stage, load, and unload materials.
• Receive and organize incoming materials; replenish warehouse inventory.
• Move materials to staging areas and load trailers using proper loading techniques.
• Operate stacking equipment and use handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Pull and prepare customer orders; package, label and wrap materials for shipment.
• Assist with physical inventory and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines.
