Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Warehouse Administration Specialist to support the Operations Coordinator at the pellet plant.

You will perform administrative duties to keep the mill supplied with consumables, track inventory, and compile reports for data-driven decisions. The role requires 2–5 years in an automated office setting and 2+ years in warehouse or customer service, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or GED equivalent.
• 2-5 years experience in a automated office environment required.
• 2+ years experience in a warehouse environment or experience in customer service.
• Inventory Control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule product pickups and deliveries.
• Check in customer trucks as they are called in from the guard shack.
• Miscellaneous copying, laminating, and distributing.
• Make all paperwork for trucks being shipped out.
• Create and maintain Track/Rank/Publish boards as required.
• Sales Meeting Notes/Handouts as requested.
• Customer mail check requests (validation).
• Greet visitors, answer and direct phones.
• Coordinate loading appointments with internal and external customers.
• Maintain good customer service relations.
• Audit compliance and NSF review tracking.
