Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. in Columbus, GA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise storage, order assembly, and distribution activities in our distribution facility.

You will lead a team, coordinate staffing and equipment, ensure on-time picking, packing, and loading, and maintain safety and security programs while meeting customer requirements and budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary preferred.
• Minimum of three years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Valid forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse distribution activities including receiving, storing, order assembly, packaging, and shipping.
• Ensure orders meet customer performance standards and shipping requirements.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, inventory, accuracy, and productivity.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment for timely picking, packing, and loading.
• Maintain safety and security programs.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff consistent with policies.
