Responsible for moving all finished product from the production line to the DC transfer area. Ensures that the bagging and palletizing systems are kept supplied with pallets and packaging supplies. Must be able to operate various machinery, including a forklift, and other material handling equipment. Responsible for ensuring that packaging and production consumables are stored neatly and organized and that inventory accuracy is maintained.
Minimum Education: Two (2) years of operations experience in a warehouse environment in lieu of required coursework.
Minimum Work Experience: Experience using multiple forklift attachments (i.e. Squeeze, slip-sheet, drexels and double-reach).
License(s) / Certification(s): None
Must lift 5 lbs. frequently to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Work Environment: Must be able to work in severe heat/cold and a dusty environment.
