Job summary

WC Bradley Co. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise storage, order assembly, and distribution activities in a United States warehouse. The role emphasizes leadership of a distribution team and adherence to customer shipping requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of warehouse/distribution experience, forklift certification, and strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Proficiency in MS Excel and WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years in warehouse or distribution with high-volume order processing.
• Forklift operation certification required.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders meet customer performance standards and shipping requirements.
• Supervise receiving, storage, order assembly, packaging, testing, inventory control and shipment activities.
• Monitor KPIs such as safety, damages, inventory, and order accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing and equipment for timely picking and packing.
• Maintain warehouse safety and security programs.
• Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, operations, maintenance, and safety manuals.
• Issue shipping instructions and coordinate delivery times.
• Conduct regular physical inventories.
• Oversee the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and train users.
• Monitor expenditures and contribute to annual budget.
• Review work orders and demand forecasts to plan assignments.
• Inspect facilities and equipment and arrange maintenance.
• Lead and mentor warehouse team; coordinate with HR on people issues.
• Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
