Job summary

Staffmark Group in Gardena, CA is hiring a Warehouse Office Clerk to help keep products moving. You will handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and ensure inventory reaches the right place on time.

You will operate forklifts, use RF scanners and a Warehouse Management System (WMS), perform cycle counts, and assist with billing and shipping paperwork. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment and following safety standards.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Comfort with following SOPs and maintaining accurate shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive and process inbound/outbound freight while following safety standards.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks and order pickers to support warehouse operations.
• Use RF scanners, Bluetooth devices and WMS to manage inventory and track shipments.
• Pick, pack, label and fulfill customer orders according to SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and shipping/receiving documentation review.
• Support warehouse administration activities including billing, inventory reporting and cargo screening.
• Train temporary staff and help resolve shipping and inventory issues to maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
