Job summary

Lineage is seeking a trainer to certify team members on Material Handling Equipment and to train new and existing staff in warehouse operations. The role will collaborate with leadership to meet onboarding requirements and ensure safety compliance.

Training duties include developing new practices to improve efficiency and performance. The position emphasizes flexibility for shift work, including weekends, and requires the ability to handle varied noise levels while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in warehouse/distribution center.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead discussions, make presentations, and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience.
• MHE (Material Handling Equipment) experience.
• Comfort working in extreme temperatures (-20 F to 100 F) with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Certify team members on Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Cross train new and current employees on various job functions.
• Develop new practices/processes to train new and existing employees.
• Investigate and resolve routine problems.
• Keep supervisor informed of development and problems.
