Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Georgia is seeking a Trainer to lead onboarding training and safety observations, with a focus on training and evaluating associates on MHE and classroom instruction. The role operates on a Monday–Friday night shift, 7pm to 3:30am.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of MHE experience, safety and training experience, strong email and verbal communication, Microsoft knowledge, customer service experience, and WMS experience.

Qualifications

• Related technical experience.
• MHE experience (sit down forklift and pallet jack).
• MHE experience (stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp and slip) preferred.
• Scrubber preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate with all associates.
• Evaluate associates' RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success.
• Assist with creating work reference guide.
• Conduct initial and cross training of associates and outside workers.
• Support operations as needed by leadership.
• Certify associates for MHE.
• Update company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs.
• Conduct BBS observations.
• Participate in Safety Committee.

Pay: $20.75 per hour / Plus Additional $1.00 Shift Premium

Role Purpose

Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all Associates
• Evaluate Associate’s RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success
• Assist with creating work reference guide.
• Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)
• Support operations as needed by leadership
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Certify Associates for MHE
• Actively participate in the YOBE process
• Create system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)
• Updating on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs
• Conduct BBS observations
• Participate in Safety Committee
